AFS (Analog Fast Spice) is the world's fastest Spice simulation application for sub-nanometer analog, RF, mixed signal and custom digital ICs. More than 175 companies use AFS as a standard tool for verification tasks, including high-speed I/O interfaces, phase-synchronizers, D/A converter, CMOS video sensors, RFIC circuits, and other applications.

AFS is certified by the major foundries for 5nm FinFET technology and has simulation speeds 5-10 times faster than traditional Spice simulators and 2 times faster than Spice simulators that use parallel processing.

For high-volume ICs, AFS supports projects of more than 50 million valves and has the world's fastest mixed-mode simulation speed.

For embedded memory blocks and other regular circuits, the AFS Mega option supports designs with a capacity of more than 100 million gates and simulation accuracy close to real silicon operation.

AFS Circuit Simulator is a fast Spice kernel for sub-nanometer range ICs, delivering factory-certified simulation accuracy that is 5-10x faster than traditional Spice simulators and 2x faster than parallelized Spice simulators, supporting designs with capacities up to 20-million gates.

AFS Transient Noise

Provides Spice transient noise modeling for all types of circuits. AFS Transient Noise takes random white and flickering noise as input to each device under test and analyzes the output waveforms at each step of the transient simulation for unacceptable effects. The AFS Transient Noise option is included in the AFS Circuit Simulator.

AFS RF

.

RF blocks are an integral part of mode SoCs, since almost all of them include receivers and transmitters that operate across the entire RF spectrum. AFS RF performs time (Newton's method) and frequency (harmonic balance method) analysis, as well as unparalleled full spectral analysis of periodic and flicker noise, providing results with Spice simulation accuracy. AFS RF is part of the AFS Circuit Simulator.

AFS Mega

AFS Mega is designed to simulate embedded memory blocks and allows you to get more accurate timing and power characteristics (within the minimum tolerance of real-world results in silicon) of the memory in a time comparable to standard Fast Spice simulations. AFS Mega complements the AFS application by extending its capabilities in terms of test capacity, simulation speed, and additional analysis tools that enable the simulation of designs with norms down to 5nm (FinFET technology).
